Orange Juice and Colas too Acidic

Tea Better for Teeth
Than OJ or Cola
Drinking tea is better for your teeth than sipping soda pop or orange juice, dental researchers report. A new study compared the erosion of teeth caused by green tea, black tea, OJ and cola. The effects on teeth of both types of tea were similar to that of plain tap water, although researchers cautioned that long-term exposure to tea could still cause low-grade damage. The acids in orange juice and cola, however, caused twice as much damage to tooth enamel as either type of tea.-General Dentistry
